At Advanced Careers College our students who are successful graduates from this diploma course, will have acquired the necessary educational qualification needed for positions within real estate and property organisations including:

This course currently satisfies NSW Real Estate Licensing requirements subjects to the required period of industry employment. Course content maybe amended as those requirements change. This course is run on a part time basis with 240 hours face to face training and 240 hours self study.

Course Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Completion of year 12 or equivalent/mature age entry
- Must be able to read, comprehend, and write complex information in English
- Appropriate references and attend an interview
- Successful completion of language, literacy and numeracy assessment
