Courses - Diploma of Hairdressing Salon Management

At the completion of this course, students will hold the qualifications necessary to seize positions such as salon manager and a variety of generic management positions either within the hairdressing industry or externally.

This qualification is aimed at owner/operators or those employed in a frontline or senior management position.

The diploma focuses on the planning and initiation of skills across a broad range of technical and/or managerial requirements. The ability to select equipment, services and techniques for one’s self and others is developed, as is the ability to be responsible individuals and teams, plus co-ordinating the daily functions of a salon. Autonomy must be achieved for complex applications.
