The Certificate III in Hairdressing is conducted over 40 weeks providing the students with recognised vocational skills required to work as a hairdresser nationally and internationally. The course encompasses the many facets of hairdressing inclusive of hair extensions, trend technique advanced colour work

Additional information
- To enhance classroom learning, salon experience (commercial service) is undertaken, approximately 200 hours for full time students
- Simulated salon sessions are implemented on a regular basis, where students perform as if in a salon.
- Guest speakers from professional hairdressing companies present technical, up to date information during class time on a regular basis throughout the year
- Excursions to companies and tradeshows occur, again to enhance knowledge and skills
- Our teachers have many years experience in the hairdressing industry and/or teaching. They bring a wealth of theoretical and practical knowledge to share with students, as well as creating a positive, supportive and fun environment.
