As a salon owner or manager, employing a stylist with a Certificate IV in Hairdressing holds the expectation and recognition of the stylist being highly competent in working as part of a busy professional salon, co coordinating staff, clients bookings and stock control. Also being proficient in advising clients on a technical level with products and services, also having leadership qualities to support the team and initiate further training and professional development when needed.
